Principles of Children Youth and Family Ministries

Apr 25 – Sep 11, 2027

Organised by: YWAM Hainichen

The School of Principles in Child, Youth and Family Ministry (PCYFM) is a five-month training course designed to take your ministry to the next level. Deepen your relationship with God and gain practical tools to strengthen your calling in children’s, youth, and family ministry.

A PCYFM is an intensive three-month training school followed by a practical outreach phase. It is designed for adults of all ages who have a heart for children, young people, and families, and who sense God’s calling to invest in the next generation.

The course consists of two parts:

  • Lecture Phase (12 weeks)

  • Outreach Phase (8 weeks) in smaller teams and different locations

Teaching, hands-on ministry, mentoring, worship, and prayer are all designed to help you grow stronger in your calling and gain a deeper understanding of God’s heart for children and young people.

PCYFM is registered as a course with the University of the Nations (UofN). Students who have previously completed a DTS (Discipleship Training School) and successfully complete the PCYFM will receive one academic credit per week.

The course is offered in both English and German.
